Tie Guan Yin, directly translated as "Iron Goddess of Mercy", is a premium grade Oolong Tea. Originating from Anxi region in Fujian Province, China, its long history of over a 100 years has seen it rising in prominence amongst tea connoisseurs for its fragrant and mellow taste.
